Dimensions:
Set of thirteen studio pottery pebble vases, glazed in natural earth tones and in various heights by Mobach's Dutch ceramist Jaan Mobach. The vases are part turned and after hand formed into pebbles with A-symmetrical openings. The free form shapes express a tension between open and closed forms.They are made in the 1970's. The Slip-glazes made of natural resources are highly influenced by leading English Potter Bernard Leach. The shapes were often inspired by Japanese Ikebana arrangements.
Measurements of the individual vases are; Heights 22-7 cm, Widths 14-10 cm.
