Brass minimalist counterbalance floor lamp is attached to a long arm holding a spherical bronze light source that is adjustable to 180 degrees. The arm sits on an angled stand with counter balance which can also be pivoted at almost 180 degrees. This gives the lamps optimize use. The stand is weighted on a brass hemisphere keeping the lamp well balanced on the ground. It is made by Solken Germany circa 1970. They make exelent reading lights or spt lights and are very versitile. The light source is halogen. The finish is brushed mat brass.
