The bowl a combination of deep red and gold leave encased in clear glass. Italian glass artist Flavio Poli (1900-1980) is known for his development of Murano glass during the 1950's known as Sommerso, or submerged glass made by overlapping different layers of glass, with diverse consistencies and colors.
