Abstract sculpture hand formed granite by the Dutch artist J. Metaho, made in the 1970s. The polished slice of granite is carved with triangular openings and floating planes at angled positions from both sides of the sculpture. The whole stone is treated in alternating sections of contrasting polished and textured rough stone. The artist shows a composition of static movement through this process and of how the sculpture relate to this space.
