This hand formed ceramic sculpture looks like coral or chalk cliffs on the British coast line. There are more sculptures in this series available as you can see in image 6&7. Bryan Blow 1931-2009 was born and trained as an artist in London. He studied at St. Martins school of art. His work echoes a voyage of discovery in not just the visible natural world of trees, rocks but the city and Industrial landscape with his exploration of space and form.
